Thank you for shopping with casify.uk. We aim to provide high-quality phone cases and excellent customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized phone cases.
  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by transit.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

Return Process:

  • Email us at support@casify.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions and an address.
  •  Pack the item securely and send it via a trackable shipping method.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If returning for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@casify.uk within 30 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
    We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return process applies.
